<h5>TriSchedule accesses and collects precise and coarse location data to enable outdoor workout route tracking, mapping, and the calculation of distance, speed, and pace. This location data is accessed and processed while you are actively recording an outdoor activity (such as Running, Biking, Walking, or Kayaking). </h5>

  To ensure continuous and uninterrupted route tracking when your device's screen is locked or when you temporarily switch to another application, TriSchedule utilizes a foreground service to access location data. We do not sell or share your location history with third-party advertising networks.

<h2>10. Data Retention and Deletion Rights</h2>

  We retain your personal data, including profile details, workout logs, and location histories, for as long as you maintain an active account with TriSchedule.

  You have the absolute right to have your data deleted at any time. You can instantly and permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the app by going to <strong>Menu > Settings > Delete Account</strong> and confirming. Alternatively, you may request the deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at <strong>contact@trischedule.com</strong>. Upon receiving your request or initiating in-app deletion, all your personal information, workout records, and route logs will be permanently and irreversibly removed from our active databases within 30 days.
